Delivery

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Free standard delivery on all orders over £50.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened items. Simply contact us at hello@aphiliate.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange collection or a pre-paid returns label.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
